At Desigros, we offer a wide range of authentic South Asian groceries that reflect the rich cultural diversity of the region. Our products include traditional spices and masalas, lentils and legumes, rice and grains, flours, oils, ghee, sweets, snacks, frozen food and much more.

Shipping & Delivery
Why not? Be it anywhere in Germany, we promise to deliver your order the very next working day, provided, you place the order between Monday to Friday before 10 AM.
Also, make sure that someone is available at home to receive it the next day or designate a safe place where it can be dropped by the shipping agent.
Note: Next day delivery in urban localities may be delayed depending upon traffic conditions by the shipping company.
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for all local delivery orders placed before 12.00 Hrs between Monday to Friday, ensuring that your package is delivered promptly and efficiently to its intended destination.

For local delivery orders, we deliver ourselves to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely. For nationwide delivery orders, we utilize the services of DHL to ensure timely and efficient delivery to all locations across Germany.
If you are not able to be home to accept your delivery, you can choose to have your order left at your doorstep or with a designated neighbour or front desk if you live in an apartment building. Please note that some items, such as frozen or perishable goods, may require refrigeration upon delivery and should be promptly stored in the appropriate conditions. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Currently we are delivering throughout Germany. Shortly we will be expanding our reach to neighboring countries too.
If the shipment is returned back to us for any reason contributed by the recipient, such as name not clearly mentioned on the door bell/Mail Box, refusal to accept the delivery, failure to collect the parcel from the Packstation or collection point, etc., we will refund the order amount except for perishable products (fresh vegetables, frozen products, paneer & batter). A flat return shipment charge of 4.99€ would be deducted from the customer.
DHL provides our customers with a tracking number for their order once the order has been confirmed, packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
Local deliveries are delivered on the same day or the next working day depending on the time at which the order was received. A real-time tracking ID will be sent to you through SMS & Email once the order is picked up from our fulfillment centre.
We apologize, but once an order has been placed, it is typically not possible to cancel or modify it. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to make changes once an order is submitted. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us through the WhatsApp chat button or through the contact form in the “Help” section.
We understand that issues may inevitably arise with your orders and we want to ensure that our customers are always satisfied with their purchase.
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
If there is an issue with the product you received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will respond promptly to help resolve the problem.
Please note that in some cases, we may require additional information or photos to be submitted to process a claim. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.

No, there is no minimum order value for shipping. We offer free nationwide shipping for orders over 33.33€. For orders between 0.00€ and 33.32€, we charge a flat rate of 4.99€ for nationwide shipping. If you have any further questions about our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are pleased to inform you that we are able to facilitate transactions through various payment methods, including credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, as well as payments through the trusted and widely used PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna Pay Now.
Desigros is an online-only web shop and currently not offering in-store shopping experience to our customers. You are thereby encouraged to shop at the comfort of your home and allow us to do the weightlifting for you.
To create an account, click on the “My Account” icon located on the top right corner of the homepage screen and then click on "Create Account". You will be prompted to fill out your name and email address and then click “Register”. An Email will be sent to you to set a password of your choice. Later on, you may save your address and other details. By creating an account, you will be able to view your order history, track your shipments, and save your payment information for future purchases.
We are pleased to offer a convenient way to view your past orders. To access your order history, please login to your account. Once you have accessed your account, click on the "Orders" tab to view a list of your previous orders. From here, you can review the details of each order, including the order date, items purchased, and shipping information. You may also download the invoice generated for your order.
